First dance for your wedding

Would you like to perform a special opening dance together at your wedding, but aren’t quite sure where to start?

We’ll guide you step by step through a dance that suits your music, personalities and ability. No previous dance experience or particular talent is required.

Almost any style is possible. Think of a classic waltz, a romantic bachata, an energetic salsa or a combination of different dance styles.

How does it work?

We’ll start with an introductory meeting to discuss your requirements. Among other things, we’ll look at:

• choice of music

• preferred dance style

• dance experience

• available practice time

• size of the dance floor

• wedding date and planning

During this introductory session, we’ll also do some exercises together so that we can work out what suits you best.

This is followed by five one-hour private lessons. During these lessons, we’ll build up the dance gradually and work on technique, timing, presentation and self-confidence.
